Service and Sacrifice
It’s been 80 years since brave Canadian soldiers stormed the beaches of Normandy, risking everything to help liberate Western Europe. The campaign in Normandy lasted ten weeks, as the heroic Canadian men and women suffered and delivered heavy casualties and played a huge role in helping the Allied forces.
